I used to swear by the Adobo seasoning, I have now found the perfect replacement. I have been telling all my friends how great Not your average Cajun seasoning is. This past weekend I used it on a piece of fresh Grouper I made on the grill, I couldn't stop picking at it even after I was full. Thanks Chef!

I have to say that this has got
to be the best rub I have EVER had, and I mean EVERRR. I have had the
seasoning on steak, chicken, salmon, even french fries! I am goin rub it on
everything from now on!!! :-)

Man it was delicious. The family and I just loved it. There must be something in there that tenderized the meat. I tried it alone but must have not put enough on it as there was not much of a difference. I did it again with the wife and kids, applied liberally and refrigerated for 45 minutes. That was perfect. My mouth is watering now just thinking about it.
Your stuff not only is cleaner and easier than a marinade, I swear it also cleans my grill as it cooks!
