You will need:
Egg whites
Sliced turkey, ham, chicken (from a deli or your own cooked)
Spinach (or any vegetable of your choice, ie: asparagus)
A slice of cheese can be added too!
Chef of the Future Brand Seasonings, Your Choice of Cajun, Floribbean,
Southwestern, Orange Ginger Pepper, Coconut Curry or Honey Garlic Bourbon
Procedure:
Prepare a muffin tin using a vegetable cooking spray layer in your choice of turkey, ham, chicken or combo, add your favorite vegetable.
Fill the remainder of the cups with egg whites and sprinkle on your favorite
Chef of the Future Brand Seasoning.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
