Corn and Black Bean Salsa

You will need:

1 40 ounce bag of Frozen Whole Kernel Corn

2 15 ounce cans Black Beans (drained and rinsed)

1/2 Large green Pepper, chopped

1/2 Large Red Pepper, chopped

Chef of the Future Brand Seasonings, Your Choice


Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.  Portion 2 cups into zippered sandwich bags. Store in the freezer in a large Freezer zippered bag.  


For each individual bag, empty into a microwave safe container preferably a glass/Pyrex measuring cup, for approximately 5 minutes on high.  (all microwave ovens will be different in time and power)    Or, you can place the contents of a bag into a pot, cover and cook on low temperature until hot.


Add any of our seasonings to taste about 1 tsp per 2 cup bag, mixing well.
