This recipe is perfect for leftover Smoked Turkey. It is a simple recipe with only a few ingredients, but don’t let its simplicity fool you. It is packed with great flavor and makes for some wonderful sandwiches, stuffed in a pita, or a wrap or even as a diet plate placed on some Romaine lettuce.
You will need:
1 ½ pounds of Smoked Turkey
1 ½ cups of Diced Celery
1/3 cup of Finely Diced Yellow Onion
½ cup Mayonnaise (or Light Mayo)
1 T Olive Oil (extra virgin)
2 t Honey Garlic Bourbon Seasoning (Chef of the Future Brand)
2 t Cajun Seasoning (Chef of the Future Brand)
Procedure:
Cut the turkey into bite sized chunks, about ¾ to 1 inch thick. Place in a large bowl, and add all of the other ingredients. Mix well and chill for 2 hours before serving.
Cheers!
